  • Order Processing & Cutoff: Orders placed before 17:00 are prepared same-day and handed over to our courier partner for next-morning network dispatch.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Main Centres (Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha): 3 to 5 working days.

    • Regional & Outlying Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

  • Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking link via email/SMS as soon as Aramex scans your parcel at the central hub.

  • Shipping Fees: We offer FREE courier delivery on all orders nationwide across South Africa.
